TERMINOS Y CONDICIONES CELIN BRAIDS

Al reservar un servicio en CelinBraids, usted acepta las siguientes políticas:

 

1. Puntualidad Debe llegar a la hora de su cita. Se permite un retraso máximo de 15 minutos. Después de ese tiempo, la cita podrá ser cancelada o reprogramada.

2. Depósitos Los depósitos son no reembolsables. El depósito forma parte del costo total del servicio.

3. Cancelaciones Las cancelaciones deben hacerse con 24 horas de anticipación. Si cancela después de ese tiempo, se conservará el 50% del monto restante del servicio.

4. Home Studio – Normas básicas

  • No se permiten acompañantes (a menos que sea un menor).

  • Llegue con el cabello limpio y libre de productos pesados.

  • No se permite fumar dentro del estudio.

  • Respete el espacio y las herramientas de trabajo.

  • Si presenta síntomas de enfermedad, reprogramar la cita es obligatorio.

5. Confirmación de Reserva Al continuar con la reserva, usted confirma que ha leído y acepta estos términos.

By booking a service at CelinBraids, you agree to the following policies:

1. Punctuality You must arrive on time. A 15‑minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.

2. Deposits Deposits are non‑refundable. The deposit is part of the total service cost.

3. Cancellations Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. If canceled after that time, 50% of the remaining balance will be kept.

4. Home Studio – Basic Rules

  • No extra guests allowed (except minors).

  • Arrive with clean hair and no heavy products.

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the studio.

  • Respect the workspace and tools.

  • If you show signs of illness, rescheduling is required.

5. Booking Confirmation By continuing with your booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
